At Hygge Spa, our receptionists are required an exceptional level of customer service. They are the face of the business—the person who greets guests as they enter and helps them feel welcome while they’re there. Therefore, spa receptionists must be friendly, outgoing, and professional at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
- Scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and registering them for treatments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Processing payments by accepting credit cards from customers or collecting cash from them at the time of service
- Taking notes during client meetings to document important information about their preferences and needs
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Explain spa services to customers via website, email, chat box, social media
- Keep other employees informed of customers’ needs
Requiments:
- Active listening, quick to respond and multi-tasking
- Good English communication
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail, flexibility, proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
